I am currently working as a Visual Artist and Spiritual/Somatic Coach in Marin County, California.
In my coaching practice, I facilitate mindful, trauma-sensitive movement of the body with guided visualization, deep listening and discussion, aiming to empower my clients to develop emotional resilience so they can support themselves outside of sessions.
I am certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Spiritual Psychology, and Grief Movement Facilitation. My coaching style offers clients emotional support, integrating somatic practices, spirituality and mindfulness. My offerings include 1:1 virtual + in-person sessions and private group workshops.
Creatively, I work with many mediums, including ceramics, painting, writing, and printmaking. As of 2026, I am working in the ceramic studio more than ever and selling my work directly through word of mouth and at local pop-ups in the Bay Area.
